Integrate the coinbase buy widget for bitcoin cash.

With that enabled, you can also add a "rebuy" option (i.e. everytime you send BCH it at least auto pop-ups the coinbase buy widget to replace it.. I guess coinbase even allows deeper account integration where you could authorize your coinbase account with buy (and even send?) permission too so the rebuy could happen in the background).

Make sure to specify a time though, otherwise it defaults to like 4 days I think. The first step would be integrating the widget itself, then the buy and replace feature second, that would probably need to be a new issue. Keep in mind coinbase has a minimum buy amount, I think it's around $1
Okay, I kind of think you may have to be the one to implement it because coinbase requires you to request access to the buy widget via this form for your app:

I'm still trying to figure out chaintip (I haven't received an email with a bch address to fund it yet), but in the meantime I thought I'd just comment that the coinbase buy widget integration could be with a new [buy] button just there next to [post]. And in my other issue about the re-buy feature, that'd actually be better if it used the real coinbase API (but could fall back to their buy widget if the user hadn't given buy and send permissions).

I think I might hold off on the integration for the coinbase buy button right now. seems like there are a couple logistics to get down. I'll update this thread when starting on it. The bitpay issue should have been resolved though :)
