i'm not really interested in implementing this feature, because i think that managing priority per repository is more robust for the upgrade procedure but feel free to implement it and...
i'm not one of them - so those folks free to make a pull request or buy the feature
and what's the output of `pacman -Ss python-numpy` ?
did you installed pikaur's optional dependencies for this feature?
idk then, i don't have any socks-proxies to test it, neither i am using them in general - so i recommend you to investigate it yourself or wait for another...
btw, according to pikaur doc what should be the format of the socks proxy? and what format other apps using? https://github.com/actionless/pikaur/pull/362/files#diff-5c5dc7f52a435c4c22ba7165b7ff58277aa7e2ef7b71bced714cac3f6bc28350R92 if this format which pikaur using is stands out...
i believe that these 3 fix-points to the pkgbuild need to be done disregard of pikaur behavior - otherwise the package would behave funny just when building it locally twice...
btw a potential fix from pikaur side could be to add the following item to the build recovery menu: ``` :: Try recovering? [R] retry build ... [f] skip 'check()'...
