same issue. Again. I would suggest that we have xskillscore global options that can be accessed by yaml default or context manager as in `xr.set_options`. args to set this way....
I would check that they are both `xr`, `int` and `float` are also sometimes handy to use, see #285
Or the user does it as you show here. Does map_blocks make sense here? Probably not, because mask blocks would do this calc on the block level but all blocks...
http://xarray.pydata.org/en/latest/generated/xarray.apply_ufunc.html now allows rechunk. maybe we add this as a global config that the user can decide.
