Hi @wdecoster, It is a bit misleading. Originally MM/MP were proposed but it drifted away to Mm/Ml as implemented in Megalodon (and Guppy).

Would Methplotlib be able to cope with multiple modifications encoded on the Mm field ?

Small correction on the Mm/Ml. Once it is accepted in the spec it will become MM/ML, So better make the tag parsing case insensitive. Good news for multiple mods support....
