I never have the autoplay enable, so it is only annoying to have the autoplay button visible in the player all the time. An option to hide it would have been great.

When searching on YouTube the videos starts to play when hovering the mouse pointer over them. An option to turn off the autoplay on hover would have been great.

1. you can disable autoplay from youtube settings
2. as a workaround, for hiding the autoplay button, add this to your ublockorigin 'my filters':

When you hover the mouse over a thumbnail it will start to play. If you are talking about "Video previews will play when you hover over thumbnails" it will only disable on the home page. If you search and hover the mouse over the thumbnails in search it will play the video and the above settings have no affect here.
