Are you talking about Mouse Tweaks or Inventory Tweaks? These are two different mods. Could you try reproducing with just Millenaire and Mouse Tweaks and no other mods installed?

Might be better to fix in Minecolonies. Generally you don't want things like this to be possible from the client side (Mouse Tweaks is clientside-only).
