When trying to invoke an oracle or a dice roll in a thread, the bot times out.

I have not modified the bot's permissions in the server at all. I have added it to the role for the channel in which we intend to play, though it was working in the channel before that just fine.

Are threads not supported?

I think the bot needs a new permission to post messages in threads. I can experiment some, and probably generate a new bot invite link for people going forward.

I've tested the bot with the standard permissions link (the one here on github), and it seems to be working with forums.

Can you try it again, maybe the bot was just down at that point in time? If you still can't use forum messages with the bot I can take a look and see if there's something in the bots logs that might point me in the right direction.

To be clear, I'm using threads, not forums.
