Hi,

Anytime when i want to ban an offline steamID it just responds "No matching player..." Thats really annoying when you want to ban someone who left that you can't ban him.

Yeah, you can't ban someone by steam id if they aren't online. Originally, the banning of steam IDs was only added to evolve to be able to ban players with ridiculous or ambiguous names. (e.g. if there is someone named "Asdf" and someone named "Asd", you are not able to ban "Asd" because you could potentially mean "Asdf")

It would be better if it was able to target offline players, I agree, but for now that's not possible... I think... I remember being able to ban offline players with evolve, but don't quite remember how...

It is possible to ban offline players with steamID, I do it all the time. If you're in a console, you have to put the steam ID in quotes, like ev ban "STEAM_0:1:34423878" 0 Spammer
