Make commands work on whole groups

Hey, is there any way I can make it so a command like "slap" works on everyone?

For example... On Console; "evs slap -all" In Chat; "@slap -all"

Also, does it work on groups? Such as... On Console; "evs slap -guest" (Slaps everyone that is on the rank "Guest") In Chat; "@slap -guest"

If so, what are the exact commands?

You should be able to do @slap *. There are some commands for which that doesn't work, though. Like kick, ban, etc.

What about when I want it so it's only on one group or various groups?
