Add: Shuffle option to sections via pattern category

This PR does the following changes:

• When a pattern is inserted and has categories defined, If the pattern contains a single top-level block like a group we add the categories of that pattern as metadata to the top-level block.
• We add a shuffle button that when a block has metadata with categories defined allows us to replace the block with a randomly chosen pattern of the same category.

I don't think that's how shuffling music works. Usually its far from random - it will be careful to avoid giving you the same thing twice in a row and often avoids giving you the same thing twice until all the other options have been played once.

Can we just cycle through them? We mainly want to avoid you seeing the same pattern twice in a row. It can still be called random, because you press your button and you won't know what you'll get.

I think this is a good callout, but I wonder if the pieces here won't fall in place on their own once we're a bit further with pattern overrides and content only pieces? I recognize the button isn't currently tied just to those properties, but there may be connective tissue between those and "patterns with categories". If nothing else, then in the top of the inspector, the description area, that seems a place to surface that this is a pattern in category n. CC: @SaxonF

• click shuffle
• existing pattern fades out fast (<.2s)
• blue selection border animates (also fast), easinout, to its new pattern height
• new pattern facdes in fast

I wonder if this is down to the curation of categories. The first one I tried was in the 'banners' category, and was more of a 'hero', but also had the 'text' category which seems like a bit of a catch all. I got some random things like FAQs because of that.

I think it would be possible to make the shuffling also work in a more reliable way. Seems like it should be possible if the way the list is shuffled is reproducible, and for that I think it would require a seeded random number generator. The stored array of categories is the data that remains consistent, and I think that could become the seed. Next sort the list of patterns into alphabetical order, then finally shuffle them using the seeded random number generator.

Or use a library like https://github.com/robbiespeed/seeded-shuffle 😄
