basic implementation of itemflags (#55)

i can't test it but the most parts are from the bukkit api and im not exactly sure if its correct to write it in the main-nbt tree (root->hideFlags) because in bukkit its root->nbt->hideFlags. can you test it? if needed you can do additions yourself or ask me to do it.

what is TeaSpeak anyway? couldn't figure it out with google (gave me only misspelled teamspeak results)

well, der commit war nicht ganz so geplant... 1.13 wird übrigens am mittwoch released. Spigot & Bungeecord haben schon zur prerelease 7 eine vorabversion spendiert bekommen.
