v1.30.1.0 - fedoraremix.exe launcher arguments do not work

It seems that running fedoraremix.exe without any arguments is the only way to get it to create the rootfs folder and files.

I was me updating the Chocolatey package for the latest version and trying to figure out why it wasn't working. It turns out the current loader isn't acting upon parameters passed to it.

This is on my personal to do to investigate, may be a couple days. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Going to start with a fresh build.

I have not forgotten about this bug. A fresh build should fix the issue. We are in the middle of moving our build system from our own build servers to Azure Pipelines to improve testing and updates. I am hung up on a couple quirks in the transition for Fedora builds, but I am working through them.
