navigation VANISHES on phones/narrow windows

On https://whitemagic.github.io/JoystickGremlin/, shrink your window narrow. Navigation bar is just gone. I had to google the project name to find the repo because I was on my phone.

Opening on my desktop later made the problem obvious. Navigation is usable on mobile. The entire top bar is just missing.
