[Feature] Base64 export

What feature would you like to see?

Would be nice to be able to export as base64 to match base64 import.

How will this feature be useful to you and others?

If people import base64 files they may need to edit then export as b64 again.

Will try POC as it should be just very simple looking at b64 import but not sure.
