Import latest XDMA Driver to fix some version bugs

I found that the xdma driver can not work well with Ubuntu20 (Linux5.x Kernel) because some APIs were out-of-date. So I tried importing newer APIs and it works well. BTW, one of the tutorial docs was changed.
