Is there any updates on budget api ? I wanna know about current status of budget api (actually silent push). so someone could summaries about status of this proposal ? (mozilla says this seems abandoned https://github.com/mozilla/standards-positions/issues/73#issuecomment-373681407)

We're removing the implementation from Chrome given that it hasn't seen any developer adoption, and interest is very low. While the Budget API provides one possible path towards silent push, there are various other, more specific ones that might be more appropriate. Martin detailed one here:

There hasn't been interest from other vendors either, so let's mark the draft as obsolete and reconsider if interest picks up.
