Frame pacing problems when games have their own 60FPS limit
Eg. Street Fighter 5, but happens with many others - will have spurts of time where it's dropping frames. Selecting 59hz limit fixes it.
SF6 is also affected by this, and Spyro Reignited, if we need more testcases.
When i disable MangoApp the game sees to run fine, even on MangoHud it works smooth, i think mangoapp has a problem

Seen in KINGDOM HEARTS -HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX-, which needs its 60fps lock enabled to behave properly. Problem is fixed with MANGOHUD_CONFIG=fps_limit_method=early,fps_limit=60 on top of the game's limiter. fps_limit_method=late doesn't help this game, if that provides any insight.
Also happens with Elden Ring.
Seems to happen with Ninja Gaiden Sigma on the Master Collection
