[BUG] OP Mainnet Indexing Error

OP Mainnet volume has shown 0 on Defillama since ~Aug 17.

The subgraph playground shows an indexing error for OP Mainnet.

Same problem here, indexing error for more than 2 weeks now.

info.uniswap.org is also not working for OP
