Use existing code (L:\Priv\CORFiles\Geospatial_Library_Projects\NRSA\NRSA13_14_FinalTables\StreamTempCalibrationFiles) to generate modelled stream temperature for NRSA 1819 and WSA/WEMAP 2000/2004 NRSA data same as we've done and published in StreamCat for NRSA0809 and 1314.
