Appears bringing that box to PHP74 is not easy, because it is still on Ubuntu 14.0.4. I could bring it up to latest remotely, but there is always a chance that fails since over SSH and I don't want to break d1 DS or bots.tracker if that upgrade messes them up.

I'll grab you on Discord @bladefist to talk this out.
