  1. Make a list of Conferences that accept technical papers
  2. Update the list data to provide an option (yes/no)
  3. Provide an icon when present

Should it be a binary yes? Or should it be a link to something about papers?

Ideally we could do this a few ways with other things like code of conduct, etc.
