ASAB & Swagger docs: put asab.. components into the bottom

When Swagger documentation is generated, sections are sorted alphabetically. It means that asab. chapters are at the top ... and they are less important than microservice-relevant chapters.

I suggest to reshuffle list of chapters so that chapters starting with asab. are at the bottom.
