MInecraft will not open when using Mod menu

Hello, I have been trying to get Minecraft to load but it will just stay at the Mojang Studios loading screen and I will have to force kill the game. As soon as i put the mod menu mod in it does that but when i take it out it loads up perfectly. any suggestions on how it can be fixed? Here's what mods i have in the folder B4DFF685-C4E9-4C2F-AF19-E8ED59F92B1F

Can you share your latest.log from your logs folder (as a file and/or using a collapsed section)?

Here's the log. I just tried it again but it still stuck at the Mojang Studios loading screen.
