Default tensorboard log output is huge

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The default logging create a gigantic file for tf summary and tensorboard. Sometimes, it may exhaust all disk space. My standard resnet50 results 20GB log output.

Describe the solution you'd like Increase the log cycle or provide different levels of logging.
