after debugging the problem i found a bug in the FreeBSD libc due to a subtle code in the dlib source code. I proposed a patch to the FreeBSD developers....

Synth always compile packages which seems to be available on FreeBSD package repository

Could you tell me how can I check these dependant packages in order to find which has been customized? I only customize less than ten packages and synth recompiles around...
