teaweb does not connect to any server either teamspeak or teaspeak ... any solution?

As far as I know there is nothing you can do

The code itself isn't dead, but TeaWeb uses a pretty clever technique generate SSL certificates (which are required in order to let the web client connect). The service for that hasn't been updated in a while (I didn't put in a lot of time since nobody seemed to be bothered about the web client not working any more).
