implement auxotrophy-based curation

As detailed in this paper, various curations are proposed to improve Yeast-GEMs performance to predict auxotrophy. The curations are very nicely included detailed here, so can easily be implemented in the yeast-GEM repo.

Not all curations are exactly implemented as proposed in the paper, as commented in the curation script.
