I SOLVE IT.

Ctrl+Shift+P >> UI: Customize Color Theme, then

...
<key>selection</key>
<string>#80CBC420</string>
...

Change the hex value. Save!

Sorry for a dump question. Today it's the first time, where it customize my Editor on first time.
