Ascii code can't decode

I'm running on Ubuntu, and when running ./Responder.py When capturing hashes, the first time it works and gives me the username and hash, but from then it always says the same: UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe1 in position 7: ordinal not in range(128) When running locale, I have it set to UTF-8. Any clues what might be going wrong?
