AI limiting

If AI limitation is enabled for example in the questing boot, then the bots are still trying to run the loot program. this causes an error. it is required to disable the lutanyai program if they are in the sleep layer

Hmm I can try to reproduce, but im not sure if this is actually an issue with LootingBots. It seems like this "sleep layer" was added by questing bots. If the sleep layer has a higher priority than my looting layer, the looting logic should never run. As far as im aware, my looting layer has the lowest priority of all the AI layers

Also I would question why questing bots is limiting AI functionality outside of questing. From what I can tell from the AI limiting description for Questing Bots, only the AI behavior for questing should be limited. Other mods that contribute to AI behaviors should be unaffected by this limiting

This has been open for nearly a year, haven't had this issue yet in 3.10, closing for now.
