别的程序都不占 CPU，就它占，排第一了，所以看着很显眼。2% 很多了，相当于一直是在进行计算，窗口开着可以按快捷键（我这里是 ctrl + win + s) 直接切换到这个窗口，看看状态 clash verge rev 前台都基本上是 0%，不过要在配置中关闭流量图显

@kiponfu 为什么要两个都用？我觉得全部迁移到 qbee 挺香的，免费开源，想要什么都可以自己改。之前我用 utorrent 是性能好一点，下载速度很容易跑满，但是最近新出的版本都太垃圾了，CPU 占用很高，试了下 qbittorrent 也能基本满速下载，就切到 qbit 了

NODE_COMPILE_CACHE: 'T:/t/nodejs/', NODE_ENV: 'development', NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS: 'D:/0/cfg/certs/localhost.crt', 不知道这几个环境变量有没有影响
