Progress with PyTorch

You mention in the README that "We plan to release the PyTorch version soon". Can you share your progress here and/or estimated timelines? I am very interested in that effort as TF is so persnickety.

We plan to release the pytorch version by the end of this month. But the problem is that it's hard to use TPUs with pytorch. Due to lack of memory, it is hard to comparative performances under GPUs. Check the following issue for details
