Things like the global domain are unlikely to change and therefore are fine to set in config. Variables like that are usually thought about as constants. Containers change more often....

This is because clairctl doesn't seem to support referencing images by sha256sum. It works if you use a tag

Ran into this with openresty/docker-openresty where the port isn't defined in their Dockerfile.

It happens on my setup without having to disable scroll-bar-mode: Emacs version: 27.1 Operating System: macOS Catalina 10.15.7
