Describe the bug When designing campaign templates and campaigns I would like some more filtering options in the test case selection. I spend a lot of time searching and trying to find the right test case. What would be perfect is having the same kind of filtering available in the test case template selection.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to an existing campaign
2. Click on New Test Case From Template
3. No filtering options to find the test case you are looking for, only a search bar and sorting available.

Expected behavior This is the filtering available in "Test Case Templates", and I would like the same kind of filtering when designing Campaigns. This would make it much easier to find the "right' test cases for my campaigns.

Figured I would mention I'd like a similar in the Manage Campaigns view under Campaign Templates. We have a large number of templates in addition to those that are built-in to Vectr and finding the right one without a proper search or filter in this view is a slight annoyance.

We're liking the UI updates on the latest versions, and would appreciate the requested feature very much as we spent quite significant amounts of time building campaign templates. If you are considering this, can you provide a rough estimate for when this could be implemented?
