Newly saved file is not seen by other apps until I manually rename that file

(Android 10, phone-saver version 5.2.1.)

Actual behavior: Other apps cannot "see" a file the user has saved with phone-saver to the Downloads folder a few seconds before, until the user manually renames that file.

Expected behavior: Other apps must be able to "see" a file the user has saved with phone-saver to the Downloads folder a few seconds before.
