Based on Submin 0.3.2:

• [X] param field unit-label too narrow (e.g. sf info), because we cannot use user borders
• [X] blending pop-up: curve colour wrong
• [X] blending-icon: curve colour wrong (use Label.foreground instead)
• [ ] unit label (e.g. go to time); clock icon too large / clipped; in combo popup further clipped (no checkbox)
• [X] checkbox menu item - icon not drawn (e.g. operation > timeline follows)
• [X] radiobutton menu item - icon not drawn (e.g. window: documents)
• [X] process fade settings : curve colour
• [X] prefs > audio > advanced > sample rate combo label two narrow (see above)
• [X] SRC label not right-aligned
