issingular(...) method fails when mass-matrix is expressed as a VectorOfArray
Describe the bug 🐞
My state variables are expressed with the VectorOfArray structure of RecursiveArrayTools.jl and I want to solve a system of matrix DAEs expressed in a Mass-Matrix Format. At some point DifferentialEquations.jl evaluate if the mass-matrix M is singular but it does not expect a VectorOfArray as an argument.
Expected behavior
I would have expected that DifferentialEquations.jl would be able to accept a mass-matrix expressed with a VectorOfArray because without that I see no way to express the mass-matrix when the state variables are expressed as a VectorOfArray.
