Not leaving voice channels

So I was using the bot client and I joined a voice channel on my server and then I leave the voice channel but what happens is that I am still shown as being on the voice channel. Both on the main Discord app for Windows and the Discord bot client for Windows. When I try to join again it just stays at "Awaiting Endpoint" and doesn't do anything. The app is still functional but it just stays at "Awaiting Endpoint".

The way to fix this is by reloading the app but it is weird that this is happening. Wonder if there is a way to fix this.
