Hi, I like this version of SEB 3.0, but I have a small problem regarding the permission to access the camera. Why its always showing up on my end every time I reload the page for the next question. I think it's very annoying to our students during their exams.

Is there any way to show it at once after pressing the "allow" button? and the same feature's functionality on Windows? By the way, I am using macOS Big Sur v-11.6

macOS shows this dialog automatically whenever a website with a new domain tries to access the camera. I don't know why in your case every page triggers the dialog, maybe the URL for each page/question changes significantly? To analyze this, I would need testing access to your system (what system do you use?). You can use info at safeexambrowser.org for confidential access information (I think there are still no private messages on GitHub).

Yes, I think you are correct, it reloads the page as well as the URL for each page. Do you have any idea how to solve this issue?

I don't know, I have to try it out myself, but I don't have any Moodle instance with camera access. Are you using some plugin in your Moodle? Is it freely available?

In macOS 12 Monterey (as far as I know), Apple introduced more control over camera and microphone access permissions, so I will surely improve that in an SEB update for Monterey, but don't know if there is some solution right now.

Fixed in SEB 3.1.1 when running on macOS 12 Monterey.
