S2S_ tab clinical course and tab therapy [INT]

Feature Description

If s2s can be used one day all over the world we have to implement that instances who use the tab clinical course and the tab therapy share automatically this two tabs if they share with s2s.

Proposed Change

If a source system uses the tab therapy and the tab clinical course and the target system also uses this tabs then sharing via s2s will include this two tabs and this two tabs will also be shared with.
