IPI - Case Form - Therapy - Multiple errors in the interface leading to degradation of the entire application

Bug Description

The therapy tab in case of IPI becomes unusable.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a IPI case.
  2. Navigate to THERAPY tab.
  3. Select Drug intake in the Prescription type.
  4. Select Drug intake in the Treatment type.
  5. The interface becomes blocked by the busy animation ending up in error.
  6. Subsequent use of THERAPY tab is not possible anymore without reloading the application from the main url. ...

Expected Behavior

There should be no errors and no side effects.
