Feature Description

Create a feature so that when people are entering text into a field, it will show some example text to guide them for what the entry field means. For example, when someone is entering a dose in the Therapy tab for adding a prescription, it shows them 500ml as the dose - to help them differentiate from a vaccine dose (whose entry would look like Dose 1, Dose 2).

These texts would disappear when

Added Value/Benefit

Users will have a better understanding of what they are supposed to enter in fields without having to check the wiki

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ When a person opens up one of the tabs, e.g. Therapy, they see some grey text already in a field such as (500ml) in the Dose field
  • [ ] When they click on that field the text disappears
  • [ ] The text looks obviously different from the text you would write to make it obvious that it is not actually filled out
