Bug Description

1. Create a new Immunization

2. Select the disease and Means of Immunization as Recovery.

3. Provide the required fields and save it.
4. Open the created Immunization and scroll down to the recovery section

5. Click on Link Case button, a new popup will be displayed to search for case ID, external ID or epid number.

6. Provide the case Id

7. Click on search case button.

8. A pop up will be displayed as no case found, but we actually have a case with that id.
9. Same applied for EIPID number as well.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a new Immunization with means of Immunization as Recovery
2. Click the Link Case button from the Recory section, a new popup will be opened.
3. Enter the existing, valid case number and search for it.
4. A pop up as no results found will display which is not valid ...

Expected Behavior

Case details should be displayed.
