Bug Description

When editing the rights for the role "national user" and trying I got an error message.

I did the following when the error occured:

• To test another possible issue I tried to give the "National User" Role the rights to "See personal data outside jurisdiction" and "See confidential data outside jurisdiction"
• When I tried to save the following warning appeared:

Which is an indication that something is wrong in general with the rights for Environments as the role per default has the one right, but not the depending one

• I tried to give the "National User" role the right "Linking the Environment" to get around the warning
• When I tried to save it was not working and gave me the following error message

To find the error in the log, trying to save was done on June 17th, 2025 at around 4:25 p.m. CEST

Reproduction Steps

1. Got to User Roles Configuration
2. Open "National User"
3. Add the following rights to the role:

• See personal data outside jurisdiction
• See confidential data outside jurisdiction
• Linking the Environment

4. Click "Save"

Expected Behavior

The system can save the changed user roles without an error
