Case Form - Hospitalization admitted to hospital is left un-selected

Bug Description

When creating a case with "Place of stay" -> "Medical Facility" -> "Hospital", in the resulting Case under Hospitalization tab the Was patient admitted at the facility as an inpatient? no check buttons are enabled.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a case with "Place of stay" -> "Medical Facility" -> "Hospital"
  2. Navigate to Hospitalization
  3. Verify section Was patient admitted at the facility as an inpatient?.

Expected Behavior

When creating a case with a valid "Place of stay" -> "Medical Facility" -> "Hospital", the YES option should be enabled in section Was patient admitted at the facility as an inpatient?.
