Disease Configuration Table Sorting not working

Bug Description

When opening the Disease Configuration and trying to sort any of the table's columns it does not have an effect.

This was discovered because the alphabetical sorting for "Influenza (New Variant)" was not correct.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Log In as Administrator
  2. Go To "Configuration"
  3. Got to "Disease Configuration"
  4. Try to sort the table by any column

Expected Behavior

The user should be able to sort the table by all available columns, both ascending as well as descending
