Bug Description

When entering a hospitalization for an IMI case it seems that the box regarding the information of the hospital is missing. This is having a follow-up bug, when entering data and click on the save button: the system tells me that I need to enter hospital information - which is not possible. In addition to this - suddenly the date field is getting red with a quotation mark. The message that the system gives me makes not to much sense because it refers to the region, but I assume the only problem is the missing hospital information!!??

Reproduction Steps

1. Open the IMI case (Moritz Meningococcal)
2. Navigate to Hospitalization tab
3. Add the current hospitalization "yes"
4. Hospital name appears ander this, but without selection fields
5. I included the stay at the intensive care unit with "yes"
6. I added the dates
7. Suddenly the first date was getting red and got a quotation mark
8. I wanted to save the hospitalization information
9. I got the Message: Please select a hospital as the place of stay. If the case is not currently admitted to a hospital as an inpatient, please document hospitalizations under previous hospitalizations.
10. A selection is not possible!
