Clinical presentation selection fields can be seleceted as asymptomatic as well as symptomatic
Bug Description
Within the cases menu - symptoms tab, it is possible to select all fields. If I check asymptomatic, I can also add symptoms and I am able to save.
Reproduction Steps
I clicked on Asymptomatic and also a few symptoms and saved
Expected Behavior
- If "Asymptomatic" is selected, it shouldn´t be possible to select symptoms
- Or it should pop up a date field where the date to the symptom or asymptomatic time can be documented
