For Case Person death place type Other, don't have a field to enter
Bug Description
For any cases, when the person is dead and select the death place type as "OTHER", system don't have any field to capture it.
Reproduction Steps
- Create any case.
- Select the created case and navigate to Case Person tab.
- Select the Present Condition of Person as "DEAD". System asks for cause and place of death.
- Select the Place of death as "OTHER",
- System will not allow to enter the other death place. ...
Expected Behavior
When the place of death is OTHER, system should capture it.
