Reproduction Steps

  1. Log in
  2. Click on cases
  3. Create case of Congenital Rubella
  4. Click on symptoms
  5. See symptoms fields - they are spaced strangely, with a heading on top but the fields on the side

Expected Behavior

Would look much better and be more logical if the symptom was right under the heading
